CERadvance receives Technology Top 100 award !

t is with great pride that we announce that CERadvance has been presented with the TT 100 (Technology Top 100) award for Excellence in the Management of Research by the Minister of Science and Technology, Mr Derek Hanekom, the Da Vinci Institute and the IDC. The award was presented to CERadvance at a gala event in Midrand on the 28th of November 2012. CERadvance was also a finalist in the categories for Excellence in the Management of Innovation and Excellence in the Management of Technology. CERadvance previously participated in this awards programme in 2006 and 2009, measuring and monitoring improvements as presented by the panel of adjudicators according to the TIPS model. CERadvance was awarded TT100 Qualifier status both in 2006 and 2009. This benchmarking model looks at all aspects of company performance including the management of Technology, Innovation, People and Systems.  Since the business strategy of CERadvance revolves around Technology , Innovation and the crucial skills that are embedded within our uniquely trained and motivated personnel, this awards scheme fits the company like a glove and adds value to any operation by allowing competent specialists to look into every aspect of the operation’s activities. For more information about the TT100 programme, follow the TT100 link.  Apart from the TT100, CERadvance also received the SAIT ( South African Institute of Tribology) “Best Technical Achievement Award” in 2002, The NSTF (in conjunction with the Department for Science and Technology) “Best Contribution to Science , Engineering and Technology Award” in 2004 whilst Managing Director, Martin Beyers was awarded overall winner in the 2010 “Sanlam / Business Partners EOY (Entrepreneur of the Year)” competition.
